Boxing

The fine old school art of footwork, head movement, and hand speed will get you moving like a butterfly and stinging like a bee.


Cardio Kickboxing

Volume, Pace, Determination is what this class is geared toward. Some may say it’s the hardest class. Team up with a bag and learn various combinations with vast amounts of calisthenics.


Jiu-Jitsu

Control, Choke, and joint manipulate. This art helps you understand how to put some one on the ground and be dangerous down there. We aren’t just 2 legged moving animals anymore.


Muay Thai

The art of 8 limbs. Learn to sweep, clinch, strike with 8 weapons and become the weapon. This are is full of attacks from short range to long range with brutal techniques to spill blood and cause serious damage.

We offer kids classes in MMA, Jiu-Jitsu, and Boxing, including a half-hour LITTLE MONSTERS class beginning at 4yr old.

To understand class setting especially in the respect of martial arts schooling we offer classes for ages 4-6. They will learn punches, kicks, jump rope, games
