This class is tailored for people of all ages at a beginner level. This class will teach people with little to no experience the basics of boxing and important fundamentals. The beginners are taught discipline, self-confidence, self-defense, self-control, and will building muscle.
This class uses basic boxing exercises and tools such as: jump roping, speed bags, shadow boxing, and heavy bags. In the beginner class it’s all about fun and learning beginner boxing fundamentals to help you get in shape and learn control. These classes are taught by a variety of our experience coaches. Pick up boxing quickly with this class and soon you will be ready for the more experienced adult class!
