Our adult boxing classes are comprehensive classes with no age limit that meets three times a week in our gym. No experience is needed for this class and you will quickly learn many boxing techniques with our experienced coaches. In this hour long class you can burn 1000 calories and learn self-control as well as self-defense. If you are not athletically inclined our beginners class will help you quickly get acclimated.
If you are interested, we train for more experienced boxers teaching Olympic style competitions and advanced drills, including sparring. Classes typically start with the fundamentals of boxing consisting of jump rope, shadow boxing, basic punches, heavy bag work, speed bag, and mitt work.
